Transitioning from APN
What you need to know
Auction Payment Network (APN) will soon be unavailable as a payment option on Proxibid. APN was the industry’s first payment solution built with auctioneers in mind, but as you would have already discovered, atgPay now offers all that APN did and more.

Deposits and Holds on atgPay
If you request deposits and holds from registering bidders, you can continue to do so with atgPay’s “Holds” feature. You can choose the option that works best for you when creating your atgPay events..
All bidders are required to pass MarketGuard; if they fail, bidders are required to complete a hold.
We recommend you contact your Client Services Manager if you have specific questions about requesting holds and for the options that best suit your needs.
All bidders are required to complete a hold regardless of MarketGuard.
All bidders are required to complete a hold and the auction house manually approves the registration.
Bidders are required to pass MarketGuard and a hold is required.
